Ep 31. MASK: S1 E31 - Deadly Blue Slime

Due to its science fiction and superhero themes, M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) became a beloved animated series during the 1980s. In season 1 episode 31 titled "Deadly Blue Slime," the M.A.S.K. team faces another challenge.

The episode begins with Scott and T-Bob being given a tour of Boulder Canyon's hydroelectric plant. Suddenly, the evil organization known as V.E.N.O.M. (Vicious Evil Network Of Mayhem) attacks the plant. Their leader, Miles Mayhem, is determined to steal a new type of fuel cell that was recently developed at the plant.

The M.A.S.K. team is called into action, and they use their high-tech vehicles to try to stop Mayhem and his minions. However, during the escape, a truck carrying the fuel cell is hit by a drone operated by V.E.N.O.M., and the fuel cell is damaged. As a result, the fuel cell starts to leak a mysterious blue slime that has a devastating effect on anything it comes into contact with.

The V.E.N.O.M. team is not worried about the slime, but they are determined to steal whatever's left of the fuel cell. The M.A.S.K. team has a different approach; they understand that the blue slime is not only dangerous, but it's also deadly.

During the episode, the M.A.S.K. team tries several different methods to contain the blue slime, but it keeps slipping through their fingers. The slime starts to consume the vehicles that it touches, and the M.A.S.K. team realizes that they need to act fast before the entire town is covered in this dangerous substance.

As the M.A.S.K. team works on containing the blue slime, they discover that one of the townspeople, a young girl named Jenny, has been contaminated. She came into direct contact with the blue slime and is being transformed into a replica of the blue slime.

Jenny's father is a scientist who worked on the fuel cell, and he is determined to help the M.A.S.K. team find a way to reverse the process that is happening to his daughter, but his knowledge of the blue slime is limited.

The M.A.S.K. team eventually finds a way to create a cure for the blue slime by using a chemical that creates a chemical reaction with the blue slime. Through a series of experiments, they eventually manage to create enough of the cure to save Jenny and prevent the blue slime from spreading any further.

In the end, the M.A.S.K. team is able to defeat V.E.N.O.M., and they manage to recover what's left of the fuel cell. They leave the town knowing that they saved Jenny and potentially hundreds of others by preventing the blue slime from spreading. The episode ends with the M.A.S.K. team driving away, ready for their next mission.
