On their way back, Masha and the Bear come across several obstacles, including a river and a group of wolves that try to steal the baby. However, with the help of their friends, they are able to overcome these challenges and safely return the baby to its mother.
In the end, the baby's mother is overjoyed to see her child and thanks Masha and the Bear for their kindness. The Bear realizes that Masha only wanted to play with the baby and did not mean to make it cry. He apologizes to Masha and they reconcile their friendship.
