In the season 3 premiere of the hit sitcom Martin, titled "In Search of ... Martin," we find our favorite loud-mouthed radio DJ in a bit of a funk. After a difficult breakup with his girlfriend Gina, Martin finds himself struggling to get back into dating and generally feeling unfulfilled in his personal life.

To try and snap himself out of this slump, Martin decides to join a group for singles looking for love. He reluctantly attends a meeting and quickly realizes that he may have bitten off more than he can chew. The group is filled with some truly strange and off-putting characters, including a woman who keeps insisting that she's a vampire and a man who won't stop talking about his obsession with Bigfoot.

As Martin tries to find his place within the group and navigate their various eccentricities, he also has to deal with some personal drama. His best friend Tommy is convinced that Gina is cheating on Martin with a wealthy businessman, and Martin can't help but be curious about whether there's any truth to the rumor.

Meanwhile, Martin's co-worker and sometimes love interest Pam is dealing with her own problems. She's been working hard to launch her own fashion line, but is struggling to gain traction and keep her designs from being stolen.

All of these plotlines come to a head in a hilarious and heartwarming episode that shows Martin and his friends at their best. With plenty of laughs and some truly touching moments, "In Search of ... Martin" sets the tone for another great season of one of the most beloved sitcoms of the '90s.
