Al eventually finds a pair of shoes that he likes, but he soon realizes that the pair of shoes does not have mate. He spends the entire episode trying to find the mate for the shoes. Finding the shoes become an obsession for Al. He even starts to dream about the shoes, which leads to some humorous dream sequences.
