Ep 4. The Unnatural

Al Bundy, a former high school football star turned shoe salesman, is excited to attend his high school reunion and relive his glory days. However, his plans are thwarted when he discovers that at the reunion, his team will be playing against their rivals, Polk High. Al’s rival, Bubba, is now the star of the Polk High team and Al is determined to beat him in the game.

Al’s wife Peggy, son Bud, and daughter Kelly all join him at the reunion, but they are less than enthusiastic about spending their evening at a high school football game. Meanwhile, Al’s best friend, Jefferson, is forced to pretend to be a successful businessman in order to impress his high school crush, who is now a successful lawyer.

As the game progresses, Al’s team is losing and the tension between him and Bubba continues to grow. Al becomes increasingly desperate to beat Bubba and begins to employ dirty tactics, much to the dismay of his family and friends. Eventually, Al’s dirty tactics backfire and he is ejected from the game.

Despite his ejection, Al’s team manages to come back and win the game. As they celebrate their victory, Al realizes that his glory days are truly behind him and that he should appreciate the life he has now with his family and friends.

The Unnatural is a classic episode of Married…with Children that showcases the hilarious antics of the dysfunctional Bundy family. It also highlights the theme of nostalgia and the struggle to let go of past glory. This episode is a must-watch for fans of the show and anyone who enjoys a good laugh.
