Ep 5. He Ain't Much, But He's Mine

Peggy and Al Bundy are a couple with a big problem - they don't love each other anymore. They have been married for a long time and have grown tired of each other's faults and quirks. Peggy is frustrated with Al's laziness and lack of ambition, while Al is tired of Peggy's constant nagging and spending habits. However, despite their unhappiness, they both refuse to consider divorce.

One day, Peggy sees a handsome stranger working at the shoe store where her husband Al works. She is immediately attracted to him and flirts shamelessly with him, trying to get his attention. The stranger, named Gary, is not particularly attractive or intelligent, but Peggy is convinced that he is her ticket to happiness. She spends more and more time with Gary, to the point where Al becomes suspicious and jealous.

Over the course of the episode, Al tries everything he can to win Peggy back. He promises to be more attentive and to help out around the house, but Peggy is not interested. She is convinced that Gary is the man for her.

In the end, Al realizes that he still loves Peggy and is not willing to give up on their marriage. He puts on a big romantic gesture, surprising Peggy with a candlelit dinner and a song. Peggy is touched and finally realizes that Al is the only man for her.
