In the second episode of the fourth season of Married to Medicine, titled "Forecast: Clouds With 100% Chance of Shade," tensions and drama continue to rise among the group.
Dr. Jackie is finding it hard to balance her personal and professional life as she tries to divide her time between her husband, Curtis, and her busy medical practice. Meanwhile, Dr. Heavenly is still feeling the aftermath of her explosive altercation with Mariah from the previous season and is trying to make amends with the group.
To add fuel to the fire, Simone invites the ladies to a rooftop party where she plans to confront Toya about her recent behavior. However, Toya isn't the only one in the hot seat as tensions between Quad and Lisa Nicole come to a head over a business venture.
