For the final stop on his spicy journey, Roger heads to New Orleans to try out a Louisiana staple: gumbo. He visits a local favorite, The Gumbo Shop, where they serve up a dish called "Dynamite Gumbo." The dish is made with shrimp, sausage, and chicken, and is served with a side of jalapeño cornbread.
