In season 4 episode 7 of Man v. Food, Adam Richman heads down to the Florida Keys to take on some seriously delicious challenges. First up, he visits the Hogfish Bar and Grill, where he tries the World-Famous Killer Hogfish Sandwich. This massive sandwich is made with a fresh hogfish fillet, deep-fried until crispy, and served on a toasted hoagie roll with lettuce, tomato, and a tangy remoulade sauce. But that's not all - it's also topped with a heaping pile of crispy bacon and melted cheddar cheese. Can Adam handle the heat of this seafood-inspired sandwich?

Next, Adam heads over to the Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House, where he tries their namesake dish - a juicy, tender steak paired with a succulent lobster tail. The steak is marinated in a secret blend of spices and grilled to perfection, while the lobster is flown in fresh from Maine. But the real challenge lies in the sides - Adam has to finish an entire baked potato and a pile of onion rings in order to conquer this meal. Will he be able to clean his plate?

After a quick dip in the crystal-clear waters of the Florida Keys, Adam heads over to Key West to try a slice of the island's famous key lime pie. He stops at Kermit's Key West Key Lime Shoppe, where he samples a variety of key lime treats, including key lime fudge, key lime taffy, and the main event - a slice of Kermit's award-winning key lime pie. Made with freshly squeezed key limes and a graham cracker crust, this pie is tart, sweet, and the perfect end to a day of eating on the island.

Adam's final challenge takes him to the Hurricane Seafood Restaurant, where he tries their massive Hurricane Challenge. This seafood feast includes a 3-pound lobster tail, one pound of shrimp, a pound of mussels, and a half-pound of crawfish, all smothered in a spicy garlic butter sauce. To top it off, Adam also has to finish a plate of onion rings and a slice of garlic bread. Can he conquer this seafood monster?

Throughout the episode, Adam also takes time to explore the stunning natural beauty of the Florida Keys. He visits the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, where he goes scuba diving in the colorful coral reefs, and he takes a sunset sailboat ride through the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Overall, this episode of Man v. Food is a delicious and exciting exploration of the flavors and sights of the Florida Keys. From crispy fried hogfish to juicy steak and lobster, there's something for every seafood lover in this island paradise.
