Adam Richman heads to Boston, Massachusetts, to explore the city's culinary delights. He visits the famous Quincy Market and samples some of the best clam chowder in town. Then, he heads to a local deli to try their massive corned beef sandwich and pastrami piled high on rye bread.
Next up, Adam visits a historic tavern where he tries the Boston baked beans, a classic New England dish made with navy beans, molasses, and bacon. He also tries the tavern's signature lobster roll, a delicious mix of fresh lobster meat, mayonnaise, and celery, served on a buttery roll.
Adam then visits a local pizza joint to try their famous clam pizza, a unique twist on the classic dish featuring fresh clams, garlic, and cheese. He also takes on a huge Italian sub at a popular sandwich shop, loaded with meats, cheese, and all the fixings.
Finally, Adam heads to a local bar to try the infamous scorpion bowl, a massive drink made with rum, brandy, and a variety of juices served in a communal punch bowl. He also takes on the bar's spicy buffalo wings challenge, where he has to eat a bucket of fiery chicken wings in under 30 minutes.
