Ep 4. Richmond

Adam then travels to Millie's Diner and meets the owner, Karen, who has been serving some of the best breakfast dishes in Richmond for over thirty years. He sees the entire cooking process of the pancake and tries to finish the huge portion while interacting with Karen.

The next stop on the episode is Captain Buzzy's Beanery. Adam discovers that the coffee made there comes from beans that are perfectly roasted using a 100-year-old cast-iron roaster. He drinks one of their famous lattes and learns about the process of roasting coffee beans.

Adam's next stop is the Sausage Craft, where artisan sausages such as bratwurst and kielbasa are made using traditional recipes. He visits their factory and tries out some of the dishes like their handmade sausages, paired with a local beer.

Finally, the episode concludes at a restaurant named the "Boka Tako Truck," which endeavors to produce some of the most delicious and creative fusion tacos in Richmond. Adam was amazed by the mouthwatering Korean BBQ and buffalo fried chicken tacos that he tried.
