Ep 1. Mama's Medicine Show

Mama's Family season 6 episode 1 is titled "Mama's Medicine Show." The episode revolves around a traveling medicine show that comes to Raytown. Mama is very excited to attend the show, and she convinces Vint and Naomi to go with her. When they arrive, they see a charlatan named Doc Brown performing all sorts of ridiculous stunts to peddle his fake medicine.

Doc Brown claims that his medicine can cure anything from dandruff to arthritis. Mama is convinced and buys a whole bottle of his cure-all medicine. However, Vint and Naomi are skeptical and refuse to buy any of it.

After the show, Mama starts taking the medicine, but she doesn't notice any difference in her health. In fact, she starts feeling worse. Vint and Naomi try to convince Mama that the medicine is a scam, but she won't listen.

Meanwhile, Bubba is struggling to come up with a topic for his speech class. He decides to use the medicine show as his inspiration and gives a rousing speech exposing the truth about Doc Brown.

As Mama's health continues to deteriorate, Vint and Naomi decide to take matters into their own hands. They try to convince Doc Brown to reveal the ingredients in his medicine, but he refuses. So, they concoct their own fake medicine using food coloring and water.

When Mama takes their fake medicine, she starts feeling better almost immediately. She realized that Vint and Naomi were right about Doc Brown's medicine being fake, and she demands a refund.

In the end, Mama learns a valuable lesson about trusting her instincts and not falling for scams. Bubba also gets an A on his speech, and Vint and Naomi continue to be the voice of reason in Mama's life.
