Ep 11. Company Picnic (1)

Malcolm in the Middle season 3 episode 11, "Company Picnic (1)," follows the misadventures of the dysfunctional and hilarious family, the Wilkersons, as they attend Hal's company picnic. He enlists Dewey, his younger brother, to help him find a victim. They eventually settle on a co-worker named Craig, whom they despise. They tie him up and prepare to dunk him, but things quickly go awry.

Meanwhile, Lois runs into a group of women from Hal's company, who she immediately dislikes. They are all dressed in matching skirts and blouses, and they look down on Lois for not conforming to their standards. Lois begins to feel left out and decides to try and fit in. She dresses up in a skirt and blouse, hoping to impress the other women. However, her attempts to be part of the group backfire, and she ends up humiliated.

Malcolm, the middle child, struggles to fit in with his peers. He's not interested in the same things they are, and he has trouble making friends. He spends most of the day trying to avoid the other kids, but when he accidentally breaks a co-worker's glasses, he is forced to spend time with them. Malcolm finds out that they are just as weird and quirky as he is, and he begins to have fun.

Finally, the youngest Wilkerson, Jamie, spends the day with his babysitter, who is more interested in flirting with a co-worker than taking care of him. Jamie wanders off and gets lost in the park, causing panic and chaos for the family.

Overall, "Company Picnic (1)" sets the stage for the second part of the episode, with plenty of laughs, mishaps, and mayhem. The Wilkersons are a hilarious and dysfunctional family, and their antics never disappoint.
