Arjun faces a challenge when he is asked to shoot bird's eye while looking only at its reflection in the water. With his archery skills tested, Krishna explains to him the importance of focusing one's mind on the task at hand. Later, Dronacharya teaches the Kuru princes the art of handling weapons. Duryodhana and his brothers express their jealousy towards Arjun's superior skills. In order to see Duryodhana happy, Shakuni devises a plan and presents Duryodhana with a golden-spangled armour which can ward off weapons. Elsewhere, Dhritarashtra and Gandhari learn about their children's prowess in handling arms and are left conflicted. Sudeshna, the queen of Gandhar, informs Shakuni of her desire to marry her daughter to Duryodhana.
The episode begins with Dronacharya holding a contest where a bird is tied to a tree and the princes are asked to shoot the bird's eye. The catch is that they can only look at the bird's reflection in a pot of water placed beneath the tree. While most of the princes fail, Arjun manages to hit the target with ease. Krishna explains to Arjun that his focus on the task at hand is what helped him succeed and that it is important to train both the mind and the body to excel in any task.
Later, Dronacharya starts the second phase of his training where he teaches the princes the art of handling weapons. While most of them struggle, Arjun displays his exceptional skill with the bow and arrow. This leaves Duryodhana and his brothers feeling jealous, and they express their desire to see a weaker Arjun. Shakuni, who is always looking for an opportunity to weaken the Pandavas, suggests a plan to Duryodhana. Shakuni presents Duryodhana with a golden-spangled armour which is said to be invincible and can ward off weapons. Duryodhana accepts the gift, and Shakuni informs him that now Arjun will not be able to defeat him in battle.
Meanwhile, Dhritarashtra and Gandhari learn about their children's prowess in weapons handling. While they are proud of their sons' skills, they are conflicted about the fact that their children are being trained to kill each other. Gandhari expresses her concern to Shakuni, who assures her that he will find a way to ensure that her sons emerge victorious in the battle. Sudeshna, the queen of Gandhar, approaches Shakuni with the proposal of marrying her daughter to Duryodhana. Shakuni sees this as an opportunity to further his plan to weaken the Pandavas and agrees to the proposal.
The episode ends with Arjun and Duryodhana getting ready for battle. While Duryodhana is confident in his golden-spangled armour, Arjun is determined to defeat his enemy. Will Arjun be able to defeat Duryodhana, or will his armour prove to be too strong? Find out in the next episode.
