Vanessa realizes someone may be targeting her and hires Madlax as a bodyguard. In doing a little amateur spy work, she manages to get the data, and Madlax kills off the bad guys that are after her. Carrossea does cleanup work behind the scenes to keep Vanessa's identity from Friday.
