Madeline and the girls are off on another adventure in season 2 episode 11 of Madeline. This time, they are visiting a castle that is said to be haunted. As soon as they arrive, they hear strange noises and feel a chilly draft. The caretaker of the castle warns them not to go exploring, but of course, Madeline and her friends can't resist the temptation.
As they wander through the castle, they come across some creepy sights and sounds. They see moving shadows and hear eerie whispers. The girls are nervous but decide to continue exploring. Suddenly, they hear a loud crash and rush to investigate. They find a hidden passage that leads to a secret room. It is filled with cobwebs and dust, and there's a cold breeze blowing through it.
Madeline and the girls decide to explore the room further. They find an old chest and open it. Inside, they discover some old papers and a map. The map shows the location of a hidden treasure that is said to be cursed. The girls don't believe in curses and decide to go on a treasure hunt.
As they follow the map, they encounter one obstacle after another. They have to cross a rickety bridge, climb a steep staircase, and crawl through a narrow tunnel. They are exhausted, but they finally reach the location of the treasure. They find a huge pile of glittering jewels and gold coins.
Just as the girls are about to grab the treasure, they hear a loud groan. They turn to see a ghostly figure standing behind them. The girls are terrified and run back to the castle. They tell the caretaker about their encounter, and he tells them that the ghost they saw was the spirit of the treasure's former owner. He warns them of the curse and tells them to return the treasure to its rightful place.
Madeline and the girls return the treasure to its original location and exit the castle. They are all shaken by their encounter with the ghost, but they are also proud of themselves for being brave. They swear never to go on another adventure without the caretaker's permission.
