At Tonka, she enjoys modern Indian cuisine, while at Tipo 00, she experiences authentic Italian pasta dishes. She also meets with the owner of Moroccan deli Moroccan Deli-cacy, who shares some of her family's recipes and spices.

No visit to Melbourne is complete without coffee, and Lyndey meets with some of the city's top baristas to learn about the art of coffee making. From latte art to cold brews, Melbourne's coffee culture is as impressive as its food.

The episode ends with Lyndey reflecting on the diversity and creativity of Melbourne's food and drink scene. A true cultural melting pot, the city offers something for everyone, from traditional dishes to modern fusion cuisine. Lyndey's journey through Melbourne and the Yarra Valley showcases the best of what this vibrant region has to offer.
