Moving on to the Adelaide Hills region, Lyndey makes a stop at the Shaw + Smith Winery, which is known for its contemporary design and focus on cool-climate wines. She takes a tour of the winery and sits down with the founder, Michael Hill-Smith, to discuss the winery's philosophy and innovative approach to winemaking.

Lyndey then travels to the McLaren Vale to visit the d'Arenberg Winery, which is perhaps most known for its whimsical and quirky approach to labeling their wines. Lyndey tries a variety of their interesting blends and learns about the unique techniques that the winemakers use to create their signature flavors.

In addition to exploring the wineries themselves, Lyndey also gets to experience some of the region's culinary delights. She visits a local olive farm to see the production process and try some of their olive oils, which are a staple ingredient in the cuisine of the region. Lyndey also stops at a local food market to pick up some fresh local produce and tries her hand at making some traditional South Australian dishes.

Throughout the episode, Lyndey's passion for food and wine is evident as she immerses herself in the culture and history of the region. Viewers will be left with a newfound appreciation for the rich and diverse wine industry in South Australia and the unique flavors that make it stand out.
