Tony Stonem is arrested for a prank gone wrong involving a statue of a famous football player. As he sits in jail, he reflects on his life and how he ended up in this predicament. Meanwhile, Jana takes on a new art project that challenges her to embrace vulnerability and authenticity. She struggles with the pressure to present a certain image to the world, and ultimately learns the importance of being true to oneself.

Back at the real estate office, Keith continues his quest to make a sale and impress his boss. He enlists the help of Gavin, who has a unique ability to connect with potential buyers. However, their tactics may not be entirely ethical, and they soon find themselves in hot water.

Elsewhere, Quentin and Becky attend a spiritual retreat with a group of eccentric individuals. They are skeptical at first, but soon find themselves drawn into the group's teachings and rituals. As they delve deeper into their spirituality, they confront their fears and insecurities, and gain a new perspective on life.

Finally, Gavin's online persona comes under scrutiny when a fan accuses him of misrepresenting himself. He must confront his own identity crisis and decide who he wants to be both online and in real life. As the characters grapple with their various challenges and existential dilemmas, they ultimately come to a greater understanding of themselves and their place in the world.
