Ep 4. Episode 4

Love Island season 5 episode 4 takes viewers back to the villa where the initial first impressions are starting to wear off. The episode begins with a recap of episode 3, which left many questions unanswered.

Focusing on the new day in the villa, the islanders waste no time in getting up and about. We see them lounging around the pool, chatting, and playing games. The girls discuss their individual connections with the boys and how they are progressing.

The first twist in this episode comes with the introduction of two new islanders, Maura and Elma, who are tasked with taking two boys on dates. This adds some much-needed spice to the show, as it is the first time that any of the islanders will have gone on a date outside of the villa.

Maura is a 28-year-old model and grid girl from County Longford in Ireland, who admits that she is looking for someone tall, dark and handsome. Weither or not these features will reign true to her choices will be interesting to see. She chooses Tommy and ends up getting along well with him, sparking some competition between her and Molly-Mae.

Elma is a 26-year-old eyelash technician from Essex, who has previously worked for the likes of Love Island season 3 winner Amber Davis. She has her eye on Anton but ultimately goes on a date with both Anton and Joe. During her dates, Elma gets flirty and has a good time, but it is unclear if there is a spark between her and either of the boys.

Back at the villa, the islanders speculate over what their fellow competitors are doing. Maura and Elma, on the other hand, spill the tea about their dates with the boys. This leads to some gossip and backstabbing, as some of the islanders seem to take these new contestants as a threat.

Later in the episode we see the villa residents playing classic British pub games, including darts and bar billiards, creating a friendly and lively atmosphere. This seems to take the edge off of the previous conversation around the new islanders and the boys' reactions. Amy and Curtis have some comical moments, and seem to be getting along well.

Anna and Sherif seem to be developing feelings for each other, and we see Anna confessing to Maura about the chemistry she feels between them. Curtis and Amy also have a strong connection, and speak about how they both see love as something that needs to be worked on.

At the end of the episode, we see the islanders settling down for the night, there's a lot of drama brewing around who the boys will pick for the upcoming recoupling. The girls discuss their plans and concerns, and it seems like this recoupling could cause some problems for certain contestants.

Overall, Love Island season 5 episode 4 offers plenty of romance, drama, and laughter for fans of the show. The introduction of new islanders creates new dynamics, and the games and activities provide entertaining moments for viewers. The show continues to build on the existing connections, and the tension leading up to the next recoupling is sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
