It is Day 41 in the villa and the islanders wake up to a message from host Sophie Monk announcing that another recoupling will take place tonight. The boys are feeling the pressure to make their moves as the girls have the power to choose who stays and who goes.

The tension between Josh and Anna continues to rise as he confronts her about her behavior with Eden. After a heated argument, Anna declares that she is done with Josh and ends things between them. Josh is left feeling devastated and confused about what went wrong.

In an effort to move on, Josh sets his sights on newcomer Cassidy, who has been catching the eye of both Josh and Dom. Cassidy ultimately chooses Josh, leaving Dom feeling disappointed and rejected.

Meanwhile, the other islanders are focusing on their own romantic pursuits. Tayla and Grant continue to grow closer, while Erin and Eden enjoy a romantic date on a yacht. However, things take a turn when Erin reveals that she has trust issues due to past infidelity in relationships.

As the day comes to a close, the islanders gather for the recoupling ceremony. While some couples remain strong, others are left heartbroken as they are sent home. With the competition heating up, the islanders know that they will have to fight for love and stay true to their hearts if they want to make it to the finish line.
