Ep 5. Past And Present

In Love & Hip Hop season 7 episode 5, titled "Past And Present," the drama continues to build as relationships are tested and secrets are revealed.

Remy Ma and Papoose are still dealing with the aftermath of Remy's miscarriage, and the strain on their relationship is becoming more apparent. Papoose suggests they attend therapy to work through their issues, but Remy is hesitant and afraid to confront her feelings. Meanwhile, Remy's friend Yandy opens up about her own miscarriage in a heart-wrenching conversation with her husband Mendeecees.

Speaking of Mendeecees, his baby mama Samantha and her mother Kim continue to stir up drama, this time by contacting Mendeecees' other exes to gather information about his past. Yandy gets wind of their plan and confronts Samantha, but things quickly escalate and soon all the women are screaming at each other.

Aside from the drama with Mendeecees and his exes, Samantha also has to deal with the fallout from her relationship with her daughter's father, Erica Mena's ex-boyfriend Rich Dollaz. The two have been hooking up behind Erica's back, and when she finds out, all hell breaks loose.

On the music front, Remy is focused on her upcoming performance at the Essence Festival, but her producer DJ Khaled has some news that could derail her plans. He informs her that Fat Joe, with whom Remy had a falling out years ago, will also be performing at the festival. Remy is hesitant to share the stage with her former collaborator, but ultimately decides to put her personal feelings aside for the sake of her career.

Meanwhile, Bianca Bonnie is still trying to make a name for herself in the male-dominated rap industry. She enlists the help of DJ Drewski to create a new song, but when Drewski invites fellow rapper MariahLynn to collaborate, Bianca's jealousy gets the best of her. The two women engage in a heated argument, leaving Drewski caught in the middle.

As the episode draws to a close, tensions are high and relationships are on the brink of collapse. With more drama on the horizon, viewers are left wondering what will happen next.
