Ep 20. Do No Harm

Jack must perform a dangerous surgery on Boone after a mysterious airplane accident involving the two of them. Meanwhile, tension rises between Jack and Locke as they disagree over how to handle the situation. Kate and Charlie go to retrieve Claire, who is still in labor, from the caves. Back at the beach, Michael and Jin have a confrontation about their language barrier and their sabotaged raft. Hurley organizes a golf tournament to lift the spirits of the survivors. As the episode progresses, the stakes get higher and the characters are faced with impossible decisions. Will they be able to make the right choices and come out alive?
