However, things don't go as planned when he discovers that he has to earn his keep by catching a certain pesky bird, i.e., Tweety.
The remainder of the episode follows Sylvester and Tweety's hilarious exchange as they try to outsmart each other. While Sylvester tries to catch the bird for his new feline friends, Tweety uses his quick wit and cunning to elude the cat's reach.
The episode is full of classic Looney Tunes humor, filled with sight gags, slapstick comedy, and clever one-liners.
