Next, viewers meet Game Wardens Jayme Desper and Matthew Springer on a case where the offender has been hunting red snappers and keeping them without a permit. The wardens set up a decoy, hoping to catch the suspect red-handed. However, when the suspect falls into the case, things quickly get out of hand, and the wardens must act fast to prevent the worst from happening.

As the episode progresses, viewers are introduced to more wardens, including Game Warden Lynwood Campbell and Game Warden Phillip Stepan. Campbell responds to a call about the illegal possession of a spotted hawk, a rare and endangered bird that was in captivity. After finding the hawk in question, Campbell immediately takes action to bring the bird to a wildlife rehabilitation facility. Stepan, on the other hand, responds to a call about a pet monkey that has reportedly escaped from its owner's house. After searching for the monkey and tracing its source, Stepan is able to catch the monkey and return it to its rightful owner.

Throughout the episode, viewers are also given a glimpse into the harsh reality of poaching and are able to witness the wardens in action as they relentlessly pursue those who are breaking the law. The wardens explain that illegal possession often leads to other environmental and wildlife-related crimes, and they must take this seriously to help preserve the wildlife and environment in Texas.
