In Lone Star Law season 1 episode 6, titled "Gator Bait," viewers are taken to the swamps and bayous of Texas as game wardens work to keep the peace and ensure safety for both humans and wildlife.
The episode starts with an alligator hunter who has caught a gator without a valid hunting license. Game wardens are called in to confiscate the illegally captured reptile and charge the hunter.
Meanwhile, in another part of Texas, a family of boaters encounters a massive alligator in a muddy river. When the game wardens arrive, they must safely capture the 10-foot gator before it can cause harm to anyone.
In a separate incident, game wardens receive a tip about a group of people who are illegally hunting and harvesting turtles. The wardens set up a sting operation to catch the individuals in the act and charge them with multiple violations.
"Gator Bait" showcases the unique challenges faced by Texas game wardens as they encounter dangerous animals, confront illegal hunting practices, and work to protect the state's wildlife.
