Kirstie and Phil look back on 2 sets of house hunters who were searching for homes in the south and east of London. In East London, Kirstie was helping vicar Ian and his wife Peta who were dealing with downsizing in 2010. Retirement from the vicarage meant this couple were looking to buy their first property in 20 years.
