Kirstie and Phil are being blown away by Manchester as they hunt out two very different first homes for two young buyers new to the market. Neither search is as simple as it seems - neither buyer will be living in their new home alone, and both of them are promising to share the decision making fifty fifty, even though they are each stumping up 100% of the funds.
