Roxie, the Basset Hound, discovers that her favorite bakery has closed. She's devastated because she loves to give her friends baked goods. The pet shop is in an uproar because they can't bear to see Roxie sad. They all brainstorm ideas on how to make Roxie happy again.
Zoe, the King Charles Spaniel, comes up with a plan to bake for Roxie. Not being great bakers, Zoe and her friends decide that they need to enroll in a baking class to learn how to make the perfect treat for Roxie. The class is taught by a famous pastry chef, Madame Pom, and her assistant Paulette.
Our pet friends work hard in class, but then they discover that Madame Pom has a dirty little secret. The master pastry chef was just faking her recipes all along. The pets are surprised and want to get to the bottom of this. They need to figure out how to make Roxie's favorite dessert, but they can't do it with fake recipes!
The pets discover that their teacher has plagiarized all of her recipes from a famous cookbook. They decide that they should expose Madame Pom for her lack of creativity and lying about her skills to her students. So they decide to cook the dessert, but with each ingredient with a twist. The cakes that the friends bake are innovative, exciting, and most importantly, something that Madame Pom could never come up with.
When it comes time for the class to present their baked goods, the pets reveal to Madame Pom that her recipes have been exposed. The famous chef denies that she stole the recipes, but the evidence is clear, and her reputation is ruined.
They all present their creations, and Roxie discovers her new favorite dessert. The day is saved, and Zoe and her pals get the praise they deserve for their innovative and uniquely crafted desserts. Meanwhile, Madame Pom fades into the background, unable to show her face to the world anymore.
In the end, the whole gang returns to the Littlest Pet Shop, and Roxie has her gift. She is delighted and grateful for the treats and the effort her friends put into making her happy. The episode ends with delicious desserts, happy pets, and a moral message about bullying, lying, and stealing.
