Ep 1. Big City, Little Women

Big City, Little Women is the first episode of the reality television series Little Women: NY. The show follows a group of little women living in New York City, navigating their professional and personal lives. The episode introduces the audience to the cast of characters: Lila, Misty, Dawn, Jazmin, and Kristin.

The episode kicks off with the women getting together for happy hour at a rooftop bar in the city. They all chat about their personal lives and careers. Lila, a business owner, shares that she's feeling stuck and not sure what her next move should be. And Jazmin, the youngest of the group, explains that she's excited to learn from the other women and figure out her own path.

As the night goes on, Misty gets a call from her ex-boyfriend, who wants to talk things out. The group encourages her to think about what she really wants and to make sure she's not settling for less than she deserves.

The next day, Lila meets with her business partner and friend Jason to discuss their next venture. They run a talent agency for little people, and Lila explains that she's feeling burnt out and wants to do something new. Jason suggests they plan a party to launch their new company and get fresh ideas flowing. Lila agrees, and they start planning immediately.

Meanwhile, Dawn meets with a new client who wants to collaborate on a new collection. The client, however, doesn't seem to understand the need for inclusive sizing and keeps asking for designs that wouldn't work for all body types. Dawn stands her ground and refuses to compromise on her vision.

Jazmin meets with Lila to talk about her interest in starting a career in real estate. Lila encourages her and explains the ins and outs of the industry. She also introduces Jazmin to some of her acquaintances in the field.

As the week goes on, Misty continues to struggle with her feelings for her ex. She reaches out to him, and they meet up to talk. The conversation doesn't go as planned, and Misty realizes that she needs to move on for good.

The episode ends with the launch party for Lila and Jason's new business venture. The women all come together to celebrate, network, and dance the night away. Big City, Little Women sets the stage for a season of drama, friendship, and growth as the women navigate their lives in the city that never sleeps.
