In this episode of Lincoln Heights, titled "Grown Folk's Business", the Sutton family is faced with some difficult decisions and tough conversations.
First, police officer Eddie Sutton is struggling with the aftermath of a shooting that occurred in the previous episode. He's haunted by the fact that he had to use lethal force, and is struggling to come to terms with the trauma of the experience. Meanwhile, his wife Jenn is worried about him and wants to support him, but is also feeling the stress of her own job as a nurse.
Their teenage son Lizzie is also dealing with some heavy issues of his own. He's been hanging out with a dangerous crowd and is involved in a sneaker trade operation that could get him in serious trouble. When his parents find out, they're understandably concerned and decide to take matters into their own hands.
Throughout the episode, the family grapples with these difficult issues and tries to find a way forward. They have to navigate tough conversations, make difficult decisions, and come to terms with the realities of their lives.
As always, the show does an excellent job of exploring complex themes and issues in a compelling and authentic way. It's a powerful and emotionally-charged episode that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
