A cricket sitting on a tree branch chirps merrily when a fox comes by and flatters the cricket. The cricket thanks to the fox humbly. The fox tricks the cricket to come down and chat with him. But the cricket refrains the offer carefully and escapes the clutches of the fox. Moral: all that glitters is not gold.

A squirrel and a dog are friends. On a heavily rainy day, the squirrel jumps in joy and does his antics. He loses balance and falls into the rainwater. The squirrel calls the dog for help, who comes to his rescue. The squirrel climbs onto the dog's back and reaches a safe place. He thanks his friend for saving his life. On a dry summer, a bear, wolf and fox decide to hunt with the lion for better prey. The four animals come across a bull. The fox and wolf chase the bull, the bear intercepts and the lion kills him.The fox portions of the shares, but as they prepare to devour, the lion claims half the kill, as he slew the bull.He challenges the others for the entire kill, and the animals leave the place threatened.

2. The Heron

A heron walking along the banks of a stream was focused and ready to snap up a fish for his breakfast. Swarming with fish, the clear bank does not satisfy the heron. He wants the bigger fish. A fine young fish swims by the heron, but he refuses to open his bill in vain. The fish swims away as the sun sets and the heron sees the stream turn empty. He flies away hungry.

1. Clever Rat

A happy rat living in a garden sees a huge eagle circling above, searching for prey. He flies straight at the rat and grabs him with his sharp claws. The clever rat shouts out to his neighbours to take care of his house while he leaves for the palace for a celebration, to distract the eagle. Bursting with amusement, the eagle opens his claws and drops the rat. The rat runs away to safety.
