As winter continues to take hold of Alaska, the residents of Life Below Zero are facing some of the coldest temperatures they've seen this season. In episode 6 of season 15, titled "Bone Cold," viewers are taken on a journey with these intrepid men and women as they do their best to survive and thrive in this harsh environment.

One of the main storylines in this episode centers around Ricko DeWilde, a member of the Nunamiut tribe who lives in the remote Arctic village of Anaktuvuk Pass. Ricko is a skilled hunter who relies on the land and animals to survive, but as the winter drags on, he's finding it harder and harder to find enough food to feed himself and his family.

With the temperatures hovering around 40 degrees below zero, Ricko sets out on an arduous journey to try and catch some caribou. However, the hunt proves to be more difficult than he anticipated, and he's forced to rely on his instincts and knowledge of the land to try and outsmart these elusive animals.

Meanwhile, in Kavik, Sue Aikens is facing her own challenges as she prepares for the arrival of a new group of clients. Sue runs the Kavik River Camp, a remote outpost that caters to adventure-seekers looking for a true wilderness experience.

But with the weather as cold as it is, Sue has her work cut out for her trying to make sure the camp is ready to receive these guests. She's got to chop firewood, haul water, and make sure the cabins are in good shape before the clients arrive.

On top of all that, Sue is dealing with some personal issues as well. In a heart-wrenching scene, we see her grappling with the grief of losing a beloved pet and struggling to find the strength to carry on with her daily duties.

Another major storyline in "Bone Cold" centers around Andy and Kate Bassich, who live in the remote Yukon River village of Eagle. Andy is a former commercial fisherman who now spends his days hunting, trapping, and working on his homestead.

In this episode, we see Andy and Kate working together to try and build a new cabin on their property. But with the temperatures as low as they are, even the simplest tasks prove to be challenging.

As they work to clear the land and construct the cabin, we're given a glimpse into the unique dynamic between these two. Despite their differences and occasional arguments, it's clear that Andy and Kate share a deep love and respect for each other.

Overall, "Bone Cold" is a powerful episode that showcases the resilience and resourcefulness of the men and women who call Alaska home. Despite the harsh conditions they face on a daily basis, they continue to persevere and find a way to make a life in this wild and beautiful land.
