Former insurance investigator Nathan Ford leads a group of highly skilled thieves to take down corrupt corporations and wealthy individuals taking advantage of the little guy. When they finally get to the vault, they're able to get the money and head out of the bank.

The team encounters a last-minute hiccup when they realize the police have set up a roadblock, and they can't make their escape. This is where Parker, the thief, comes up with an idea to jump a ramp in a sports car and land on a parked truck, making their escape and getting away with the money. The team ends up leaving the money at the church and exposing the bank's corruption to the public, effectively forcing the bank to back off from their unfair practices.

Overall, "The Bank Shot Job" is a fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled episode that highlights the team's chemistry and problem-solving abilities. Nathan and his team work together to right a wrong, all while exposing the corrupt banking system that has taken advantage of their community.
