Let's Stay Together was a romantic comedy that aired on BET from 2011 to 2014. The show followed the lives of a group of close friends and their romantic relationships in Atlanta, Georgia. At the heart of the show were two couples: Stacy Lawrence (played by Kyla Pratt) and Charles Whitmore (played by Bert Belasco), and Tasha Woodson (played by Joyful Drake) and Jamal Lackey (played by RonReaco Lee). Stacy was a successful pediatrician who was engaged to Charles, a music producer with a reputation for being a ladies' man. Tasha was a savvy businesswoman who owned her own beauty supply store, and Jamal was a dim-witted but lovable plumber.

Throughout the show's run, viewers saw the ups and downs of Stacy and Charles' relationship as they dealt with Charles' past infidelities and their different ideas about marriage. Tasha and Jamal also faced their own challenges, including Tasha's reluctance to commit and Jamal's struggle to balance his career with his relationship.

The show also featured two other couples: Kita Whitmore (played by Erica Hubbard), Charles' sister, and her on-again, off-again boyfriend Troy (played by Christian Keyes); and Crystal (played by Nadine Ellis) and her boyfriend Darkanian (played by Tony Vaughn).

One of the strengths of Let's Stay Together was its focus on the friendships between the characters. The show portrayed a tight-knit group of friends who supported each other through all of their romantic ups and downs. Viewers saw the characters' relationships with each other grow and evolve over the course of the show, and the friendships often provided the grounding that the romantic storylines needed.

In addition to the main cast, Let's Stay Together had a number of memorable guest stars. One standout was Toccara Jones, a model and reality TV star who had a recurring role as Stacy's friend and fellow doctor, Dr. Crystal Garrett. Other guest stars included singer Kelly Price, rapper Waka Flocka Flame, and comedian Kevin Hart.

Let's Stay Together was created by Jacque Edmonds Cofer, who previously worked on shows such as The Cosby Show and Living Single. The show was produced by Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit Entertainment, which has also been behind shows such as Single Ladies and VH1's Hip Hop Squares.

The show's theme song, which was performed by R&B duo Lyfe Jennings and Algebra Blessett, was a highlight of the show. The lyrics, which talked about the importance of working through the ups and downs of a relationship, set the tone for the show's portrayal of the characters' romantic lives.

Let's Stay Together was well-received during its run, with critics praising its lighthearted tone and strong performances from the cast. The show also tackled some serious issues, such as Charles' struggles with fidelity and Tasha's fear of commitment, in a thoughtful and nuanced way.

While Let's Stay Together only aired for four seasons, it remains a beloved show among fans of romantic comedies. Its portrayal of a group of friends navigating the highs and lows of love and relationships in Atlanta was relatable and entertaining, and the show's big heart and sense of humor made it a joy to watch.

Let's Stay Together is a series that ran for 4 seasons (55 episodes) between January 11, 2011 and on BET
