LEGO Ninjago: Dragons Rising is an exciting and action-packed animated series that debuted on Netflix in 2023. Based on the popular LEGO Ninjago toy line, the show follows a group of young ninja heroes - Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd and Nya - as they protect their home of Ninjago City from the forces of evil.

In this latest installment of the Ninjago saga, the ninja team face their biggest challenge yet - a surge of villains seeking to steal the dragons' elemental powers. Led by the wise Master Wu, the ninja must tap into their own elemental powers of fire, lightning, earth, ice, energy and water to stop the villains from capturing the powerful dragons. Each dragon's element reflects that of their destined ninja counterpart, highlighting the connection between ninja and dragon.

The ninja ride into battle on their loyal dragons to defend Ninjago City from attacks by the Skull Sorcerer and his skeleton army, the wealthy yet twisted industrialist Mr. E, the robotic Mechanic, the jungle menace Mambo the Fifth, the ice emperor Zane's twin brother Zane and the scheming Pyro Vipers gang. Their quest takes them on thrilling adventures across the LEGO Ninjago world, from the scorching deserts and volcanoes of the Sea of Sand to the glittering ice caves of the Never-Realm.

In between intense action sequences, the show explores the ninja team's friendships and rivalries as they train under Master Wu's guidance to sharpen their Spinjitzu fighting skills and dragon riding abilities. Their camaraderie is tested when a mysterious Oni mask tempts Lloyd with dark powers that threaten to corrupt him and fracture the team. Each ninja must look within to overcome their weaknesses and realize their full potential as heroes.

With stunning computer-generated visuals, exciting battle scenes and plenty of wise-cracking humor, LEGO Ninjago: Dragons Rising offers an action-packed viewing experience for kids, teens and adults alike. Fans of the Ninjago franchise will be thrilled to see their favorite ninja heroes back in a new adventure alongside their trusty dragons against forces of evil. The show expands the Ninjago universe with new locations, villains and mysteries for the ninja to unravel. With themes of teamwork, courage and self-discovery, LEGO Ninjago: Dragons Rising delivers fun and inspiration in a captivating animated series.
