The LEGO Friends are back in another exciting episode for season 3 titled "Getting The Message". In this episode, the girls are all geared up for a game of basketball. As they try to concentrate on the game, they are constantly distracted by their cell phones buzzing with notifications. They soon realize that they are all guilty of being too glued to their phones, so they decide to take a break from technology.
The girls agree to leave their phones at home while they go on a hike in the woods. While on the hike, they come across a mysterious, abandoned shack. They decide to explore it and discover an old mailbox. Suddenly, a gust of wind blows past them and they hear a faint whisper asking for help.
As curious and adventurous as they are, the girls decide to investigate further. They find a yellowed letter inside the mailbox, addressed to someone named Rose. The letter is over 50 years old, but the ink is still clear and vibrant. The girls realize that they have stumbled upon an unsolved mystery and they are determined to solve it.
They quickly figure out that Rose is someone who used to live in Heartlake City and decide to visit the local library to learn more about her. They hit a roadblock when they find out that all the records before 1970 had been destroyed in a fire, but they don't give up.
After hours of researching, the girls find a clue that leads them to a retired detective. The detective informs them that Rose was a victim of an unsolved robbery, and that her family was never able to recover the stolen diamond from the thieves.
The girls are now determined to solve the mystery once and for all. They follow up on leads and eventually discover the location of the stolen diamond. But things take a dangerous turn when they realize that the thieves are still active.
The girls use their quick thinking and team effort to outsmart the thieves and recover the stolen diamond. After solving the mystery, they reflect on the importance of staying connected with the past and the present, and decide to take more breaks from technology to enjoy their time together.
