Ep 17. Police Navidad

In the seventeenth episode of season one of LEGO City Adventures, titled "Police Navidad," viewers join the police department as they investigate a string of holiday-themed crimes happening around the city. From missing Christmas lights to planted Hanukkah bushes, it seems like someone is determined to ruin the holiday season for everyone. Meanwhile, Police Chief Wheeler is dealing with his own holiday drama. His daughter, a rising star in the theater scene, is passing through the city on a tour and wants to spend time with her father. However, Chief Wheeler is too busy dealing with the holiday crimes to make time to see her. Feeling guilty, he asks Officer Tom Bennett to help him out and keep his daughter entertained while he continues to work.

As Duke, Freya, and Simon continue to investigate the holiday crimes, they begin to piece together a pattern. All of the crimes seem to be happening in neighborhoods with strong cultural or religious ties to the various holidays being targeted. They also discover that whoever is responsible is leaving a trail of glitter behind, leading them to believe that the suspect is trying to create a sense of chaos and confusion.

With this information, the police are able to narrow down their search and eventually catch the perpetrator in the act of trying to steal a Kwanzaa candle from a local community center. They apprehend the suspect, who turns out to be a disgruntled former employee of the city's parks department who is angry about being let go just before the holiday season.

In the end, Chief Wheeler and his daughter are able to spend some quality time together and even put on a impromptu holiday performance at the police station. Duke, Freya, and Simon receive commendations for their hard work in solving the holiday crimes, and all of the stolen decorations are returned to their rightful owners just in time for the holidays.

Overall, "Police Navidad" is a heartwarming and fun holiday episode that showcases the best of the LEGO City Adventures universe. Between the engaging mystery plot and the lovable characters, it's a must-watch for fans of the show.
