In Legends of Chima season 1 episode 6, titled "Attack on Eagle Spire," tensions between the animal tribes continue to rise as the eagles, led by Eris, claim ownership over the protruding rock structures known as the Eagle Spire. However, the beavers and crocodiles refuse to back down from their claim to the spires, leading to a series of escalating conflicts between the tribes.
As the situation intensifies, Laval, the young prince of the Lion tribe, seeks out the advice of his wise grandfather, Lagravis. Lagravis advises Laval to take a diplomatic approach and try to negotiate a peaceful solution to the conflict. Laval agrees and heads to the Eagle Spire to meet with Eris.
Meanwhile, the Crocodile and Beaver tribes attempt to launch a sneak attack on the Eagle tribe using a catapult. However, the plan goes awry, and they end up accidentally launching themselves into the air, landing in the water instead.
Back at the Eagle Spire, Eris is initially hesitant to listen to Laval's plea for peace. However, as they talk, Eris comes to understand Laval's position and agrees to consider a peaceful solution. The two decide to hold a race to determine who will get rightful ownership of the Eagle Spire.
The race is a treacherous one, as it takes place on a narrow, winding path high above the ground. Despite the dangers, both Laval and Eris are determined to win the race. As they run, various obstacles test their strength and agility. However, it quickly becomes clear that someone has tampered with the course, and both Laval and Eris find themselves in danger.
In the end, a series of twists and turns lead to an unexpected outcome to the race, and the ownership of the Eagle Spire is determined. The episode ends on a hopeful note, as the various animal tribes come together to celebrate the peaceful resolution of the conflict.
