Ep 9. Care

The season 3 episode 9 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit is titled "Care". In this episode, the SVU squad investigate the murder of an elderly woman who was found dead in her apartment. The woman claims that she was only given the baby to care for, and she has no knowledge of who abducted the child.

The detectives continue their investigation, and their suspicion falls on one of the mother's acquaintances, a man with a history of drug abuse and violence. The man had recently been released from prison and was in desperate need of money and a place to stay. The detectives dig deeper into the man's past and finally discover evidence linking him to the abduction.

The team manages to track down and arrest the suspect. During the interrogation, the suspect confesses to stealing the baby for ransom to repay his debts. The SVU squad managed to find and rescue the infant just in time before any harm came to it.

In the end, justice is served, and the baby is safely returned to its mother. The SVU team once again manages to solve a complicated case, reflecting their exceptional teamwork and commitment to serving and protecting the community. The episode highlights the challenging work of the SVU squad as they tackle difficult cases involving crimes against vulnerable individuals.
