Ep 13. P.C.

In season 11's episode 13 of Law & Order: SVU, titled "P.C.", the squad is called to investigate a hate crime against a Muslim woman who was assaulted and her headscarf was ripped off by a group of men. As the team delves deeper into the case, they discover that the assault may have been staged and the woman may not be telling the truth.

Meanwhile, Assistant District Attorney Kim Greylek (Michaela McManus) faces her own challenges when the case is assigned to her office. Greylek is initially hesitant to charge Anna with false reporting due to the sensitivity of the hate crime issue and the political implications it may have. However, as she works closely with the detectives and becomes more involved in the case, Greylek begins to question her initial reservations and must make a difficult decision.

The episode touches on themes of cultural differences, prejudice, and the complexities of hate crimes. It showcases the detectives' determination to uncover the truth while navigating the political and social pressures surrounding the case.
