Please Note We are No Longer Accepting Letters of Recommendation from Henry Kissenger is the fifteenth episode of the seventh season of the crime procedural drama series Law & Order: Criminal Intent. The episode originally aired on NBC on February 12, 2008.

The episode follows the detectives of the Major Case Squad as they investigate the murder of Bishop Manning, a well-known Catholic priest in New York City. Bishop Manning was admired by many in the community for his dedication to social justice issues and his advocacy for the homeless. His murder shocks the community and sends the police on a hunt for his killer.

As the detectives begin to investigate, they uncover a web of secrets surrounding the Bishop's life and work. They discover that he was involved in a controversial housing development project that was being opposed by several community groups. They also learn that Bishop Manning had written a letter of recommendation for Henry Kissenger, a controversial figure in American politics, which has caused outrage among some members of the community.

As the investigation unfolds, the detectives begin to suspect that the Bishop's murder may be connected to his work on the housing project. They discover that there were several people who stood to benefit financially from the development project and who may have wanted Bishop Manning out of the way.

As the detectives continue to dig deeper, they begin to unravel a conspiracy that involves not only the housing project, but also corruption at the highest levels of the city government. The investigation takes a dangerous turn as the detectives realize that they are up against powerful and dangerous people who will stop at nothing to protect their interests.

The episode features the return of veteran character Mike Logan, who is now a detective in Staten Island. Logan was a fan-favorite character from the earlier seasons of Law & Order, and his return is a welcome addition to the episode. Logan provides a unique perspective on the case and brings a sense of familiarity to the show.
