Last Will & Testicle is a quirky, heartfelt comedy that follows a man named Jamie (Byron Lane) as he navigates a life-changing medical diagnosis and the unexpected twists and turns that come with it. Jamie is a thirty-something screenwriter who lives with his best friend, actress Sarah (Kathy Najimy), and is trying to make it in Hollywood. However, his life takes a sudden turn when he discovers a lump on his testicle and is diagnosed with testicular cancer. The news is devastating for Jamie, but he doesn't let it break his spirit. Instead, he decides to use his experience as inspiration for a new screenplay.

As Jamie begins treatment, he meets a quirky cast of characters: his gruff but caring oncologist, Dr. Feldman (Beth Grant), his therapist, who encourages him to explore his sexuality (Michael Chieffo), and a fellow cancer patient and love interest, Taylor (Jazzmun). Together, they help Jamie face his illness with humor and a positive outlook.

Throughout the series, Jamie confronts not just cancer but the skeletons in his closet, including his estranged father and the long-buried trauma of his childhood. But through it all, he never loses his sense of humor, and his journey becomes a life-affirming story of resilience and hope.

One of the standout aspects of Last Will & Testicle is its cast of characters. Byron Lane is fantastic in the lead role, bringing both humor and heart to Jamie's journey. Beth Grant is also a standout as Dr. Feldman, the doctor who initially diagnoses Jamie and then becomes something of a mentor to him. Michael Chieffo is hilarious as Jamie's therapist, providing some of the show's funniest moments.
