Ep 10. The Help

The Help is the tenth episode of the second season of Last Man Standing, an American sitcom television series. The episode was released on December 14, 2012, and was directed by John Pasquin and written by Kevin Hench.

Kyle has trouble performing even the most basic tasks and needs help with everything.

Mike decides that he needs to find a different job for Kyle. He enlists the help of his daughter Eve (played by Kaitlyn Dever) to help him find a new job for Kyle. They visit various places, including a fast-food restaurant and a pet grooming shop, but none of the jobs seem to be a good fit for Kyle.

Meanwhile, Mandy begins to regret her actions toward her parents. She decides to talk to her mother, Vanessa (played by Nancy Travis), about the situation. Vanessa suggests that Mandy try to fix the situation by talking to her father. Mandy takes her mother's advice and talks to Mike, who assures her that he and her mother are always there to support her.

In the end, Mike concludes that he may have underestimated Kyle's potential and that he deserves another chance. He allows Kyle to stay on at the store and helps him develop his skills.

The Help is an entertaining episode that highlights the challenges of parenting and the importance of communication within the family. The characters are relatable and the humor is on point, making it a great viewing experience for fans of the show.
