Water enthusiasts Matt and Heather are looking for a vacation property close to their Dallas home on Lake Tawakoni in Texas. With help from their agent, they find a diamond in the rough that needs some big renovations to make it work for their family. The couple plans to open up the kitchen, remodel the bathrooms, build a multi-level deck and fix up the boat dock, giving them a long wishlist that they hope will fit into their budget.
