Ep 17. Mission Invisible

Leo is excited about his upcoming school dance with his crush Janelle, but his excitement fizzles out when he learns that his mother will be chaperoning the dance. Meanwhile, the Davenport household is experiencing trouble with their latest inventions - invisibility cloaks. The cloaks, which were meant to make the user invisible, instead make the user's clothes invisible. The entire lab rats group is tasked with finding a solution before Douglas Davenport, who is on the verge of finding a way to make the cloaks work properly, beats them to it.

However, things take a turn for the worse when Eddy, the Lab Rats' artificially intelligent home security system, accidentally activates the invisibility cloak and makes Chase invisible. As the group tries to find a way to reverse the effects, they must also find a way to keep Chase hidden from Leo's mother and the school dance chaperones.

Meanwhile, Leo is struggling to impress Janelle with his dance skills, prompting Adam and Bree to give him a crash course in dancing. After a few failed attempts, Leo masters the dance moves just in time to show them off at the dance.

Back at the lab, the Lab Rats discover that the invisibility cloak's malfunction was caused by a faulty power source and that the cloak will only remain active for a few hours before shutting down permanently. This puts a time limit on their mission to find and rescue Chase, who has now become completely invisible after taking off his clothes.

The rest of the episode follows the group's comical attempts to hide Chase from everyone, including Leo's mother, the dance chaperones, and even a group of bullies who try to pick on Leo and Janelle. As they search for a solution to fix the invisibility cloak, the group must also find a way to prevent Chase's invisibility from becoming permanent.
