Denver, another robber, tries to take charge and takes on more responsibility, but his leadership is challenged by Moscow, the elder statesman of the group. Berlin, the ruthless leader of the operation, continues to remain distant from the rest of the group and is revealed to be hiding a dark secret.
As the episode comes to a close, the robbers receive a potentially devastating blow: one of the hostages who was released has been working with the police and has revealed some crucial information about the heist. The robbers must quickly regroup and adapt to the new information, all while maintaining their control over the hostages and avoiding the police's attempts at entering the Mint.
