Yuuri, Wolfram, and Conrad are assigned a mission to retrieve a Maken, a powerful and ancient weapon, from a mountain temple. However, when they arrive, they discover that a group of bandits has stolen the Maken and are using its power to terrorize the surrounding villages. In order to stop the bandits and retrieve the weapon, Yuuri and his companions must navigate the treacherous mountain terrain and face off against the bandit leader. Meanwhile, back in the castle, Gwendal and Gunter discover that a powerful demon has possessed a nearby lake and is causing the water to flood the surrounding lands. With time running out, Gwendal calls upon the help of a renowned exorcist to banish the demon and save the people affected by the flooding.
