Ep 4. Hong Kong Food Craze

Later in the episode, Kylie visits a food market where she gets to explore the variety of street food on offer, including stinky tofu, fish balls, and sweet tofu pudding. She tastes some of these dishes and explains how each one is prepared and why it's so popular in Hong Kong.

Kylie also visits a local cooking school where she joins a cooking class to learn how to make some traditional Hong Kong dishes, like Cantonese-style baked pork chop rice and stuffed bitter gourd. She takes the audience through the cooking process step-by-step, sharing tips and tricks along the way.

The final scene of the episode takes place in a traditional tea house where Kylie tries some of Hong Kong's famous milk tea and egg tarts. She sits down with a local tea master who shares the history and cultural significance of tea in Hong Kong.
