Kung Fu Magoo is a 2010 American-Mexican animated action comedy film. The film brings back the vintage character, Mr. Magoo into a new animated franchise. It effectively reimagines J. Quincy Magoo, the wealthy, short-sighted retiree who gets into a series of sticky situations as a result of his near blindness, greatly compounded by his stubborn refusal to admit the problem. However, like his famous predecessor, this Mr. Quincy Magoo is resourceful, kind-hearted and always manages to escape from any peril in his path.

In this version, Mr. Magoo is not just a kind-hearted elderly man, but also an adventurous superhero known as Kung Fu Magoo. Alongside him in his adventures is his 12-year-old nephew, Justin Magoo. Justin Magoo has been depicted as a boy with a scientific mind, who helps his uncle invent various gadgets that aid them in their heroic deeds. Together, they traverse through hilarious adventures, turning everyday scenarios into memorable escapades.

The plot of Kung Fu Magoo revolves around the adventures of the Magoos who are invited unwittingly to the artificial island fortress of the megalomaniacal Tan Gu. He invites the world's most notorious villains to participate in the "Evil-lympics". With the world watching, the outrageous Tan Gu wants nothing less than to prove his supremacy as the true master of disaster. He tosses our heroic duo into a series of dangerous games. Surprisingly, Kung Fu Magoo, with his martial arts skills and aided by Justin's gadgetry, manages to hold his own.
